精准定向钻技术在煤矿水害治理应用

Application of Precision Directional Drilling Technology in Coal Mine Water Hazard Treatment

摘要: 为了解决煤矿水害隐患探查及治理难题,解决常规钻孔施工距离短、难以钻入探测层位等问题,基于煤矿井下螺杆马达结合随钻测量系统定向钻进技术,介绍了一套煤矿水害探查治理精准定向钻孔施工技术,通过优化钻孔设计和轨迹精确控制技术,施工轨迹精确可控长距离定向探放水孔。结果表明:对于存在突水危险的工作面,通过精准对穿钻孔代替专用排水巷道掘进,可节省大量成本,提高效率|对于富水层探测,可有效钻进至设计层位,解决煤矿水害探查难题,为煤矿安全生产提供技术保障。

Abstract: In order to solve the hidden problems of coal mine water hazard detection and governance problems,to solve the conventional drilling construction distance is short, difficult to drill into the detection layer and other issues, based on the coal mine underground screw motor combined with drilling measurement system directional drilling technology, a set of coal mine water hazard exploration and treatment of precision directional drilling construction technology is introduced, by optimizing the borehole design, the trajectory precise control technology, the construction trajectory is precisely controllable for long distance orientation to detect the water hole. The results show that it is possible to save a lot of cost and improve the efficiency of the working face with the risk of water burst, for the detection of rich water, it can be effectively drilled into the design level, to solve the problem of coal mine water detection, coal mine safety production to provide technical support.
